Half Share

Grass fed and finished half hanging weight for our steers is around 300-350 pounds. This is an average and can vary depending on the specific steer. Half shares are custom cut. You will be contacted by the butcher and asked your preference for cutting. We can walk you through this process prior to if you have any questions. A half will require around 6.5 cubic feet of freezer space. 

Pricing:

$6.00/ pound x hanging weight butcher fees included. 

This a deposit only to reserve a share. Once the hanging weights are determined you will be invoiced for the remaining amount.
