Quarter Share

Grass fed and finished quarter hanging weight for our steers is around 150-200 pounds. This is an average and can vary depending on the specific steer. Our quarter shares are standard cut by the butcher. You’ll receive a mix of cuts around 50% burger, 25% roasts, and 25% steaks. A quarter will require around 3-3.5 cubic feet of freezer space. 

Pricing:

$6.00/ pound x hanging weight butcher fees included. 

This a deposit only to reserve a share. Once the hanging weights are determined you will be invoiced for the remaining amount.
