Whole Share

Grass fed and finished whole hanging weight for our steers are 600-700 pounds. This can vary depending on the specific steer. Whole shares are custom cut. You will be contacted by the butcher and asked your preference for cutting. We can walk you through the process prior to if you have any questions. A whole share will require around 12.5 cubic feet of freezer space. 

Pricing:

$6.00/ pound x hanging weight butcher fees included. 

This a deposit only to reserve a share. Once the hanging weights are determined you will be invoiced for the remaining amount.
